Pickup is between 5pm-6pm on your chosen day. Laundry is returned clean and folded the next day between 5pm-6pm.

Delicates (like bras and lace) and heavily soiled items often need separate handling, gentle processing, or stain/odor treatment. These items are processed individually to ensure the best results.

How it works:
Place Special Care items in the designated bag. They’ll be handled separately from your standard laundry.

Double-Bag Option allows you to fill two bags per service.

Pick-up either on the 1st and 3rd week of the month or the 2nd and 4th week of the month, on your chosen day of the week. Service begins on the first week of the month following the initial sign up date.

• Set out both bags on your scheduled service day

• Delicate fabric handling (bras, lace, specialty items)

• Separate processing for Special Care items

• Stain and odor pre-treatment (when appropriate)

• Gentle drying methods based on fabric type
